Intro

For a B2B company, marketing page plays an important role in helping customers understand the product and ultimately selling the product. In face of recruiting conference, GoodTime restructured its communication strategy and renewed its website.

This was the first project that I took on after joining GoodTime and it was an opportunity for me to learn the product and corporate directions.

Problems

 
  1. Outdated content

    In a startup, services update at light speed along with UX/UI improvements. The contents on the website were significantly different from the product in place today.

  2. Product strategy Changes

    Startups need to adapt to changes in its business ecosystem and make changes communication strategies in response to customer feedback. GoodTime started as an interview scheduling platform for recruiters, but has expanded its core features to auto-interviewer selection, interviewer training, and insight metrics. There needed to be a communication channel to let the customers know about these changes.

Design

The renewed website was designed using "Responsive Web", offering mobile and desktop versions.
